How do I book a tour?
Message us on WhatsApp at +52 669 106 5193 with your date, group size and interests. We confirm availability and a clear price directly. A required online deposit is not part of the standard booking process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in Mexican pesos or US dollars, by Visa or Mastercard, MercadoPago or bank transfer. Payment is normally made on the day of service.
Can you pick us up at our hotel or cruise ship?
Yes. Pickup is available at hotels in the Golden Zone, Historic Center, Cerritos and Nuevo Mazatlán, the cruise terminal and Mazatlán International Airport (MZT), depending on the service.
Will a shore excursion return before my ship sails?
Yes. We plan the departure around your all-aboard time and leave a safety margin for the return. Share your ship and schedule when requesting the tour.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. You can cancel without charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice through the same WhatsApp conversation used to book. Weather and cruise-delay changes can be rescheduled without penalty.
What happens if it rains?
We can reschedule without charge or adjust the itinerary toward covered stops such as the Cathedral, Pino Suárez Market and Ángela Peralta Theater.
Does the guide speak English?
Yes. Tours are available in English or Spanish. Tell us your preferred language when booking so the route and commentary are prepared accordingly.
Are child seats available?
Yes, at no additional cost when requested in advance. Share the child's age and approximate weight so the appropriate seat can be prepared.
How many passengers fit in the van?
The air-conditioned van carries up to 14 passengers, subject to luggage requirements. Larger groups can request coordinated vehicles.
Is the guide certified?
Yes. The General Tourist Guide credential is issued by Mexico's Ministry of Tourism under NOM-08-TUR-2002. The public credential can be verified through the link in the footer.
Are prices per person or per group?
Shared tours and shore excursions generally use per-person rates. Private tours and transfers use a vehicle rate based on group size. Each service page shows the applicable method.
Are meals and admission fees included?
Each tour page lists what is included. Transportation and guide service are standard, while meals, drinks, activities or admission are included only when stated in that specific package.
