Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the applicable payment or deposit has been verified.

Departure and arrival times are approximate and may be affected by weather, traffic, government restrictions or circumstances beyond the company's control.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information for delivery of the service and for meeting the requirements communicated for each tourism activity.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the current policies communicated to the customer when the booking is made.
Limitation of liability
Explore Maz Tours is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, force majeure events, accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, or false information provided by the customer.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text, images, logos and promotional materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Governing law
Any dispute arising from use of the website or booking of services will be resolved under the applicable laws of Mexico.
